Hannah's Room has one of probably

Imported from the USA last year and shoe horned into the top floor, this
very long machine can quilt material up to 14 feet wide and with unlimited
length. It uses existing patterns or pantographs and can be used in a freehand
method.
The Gammill is suitable for backing, basting, or quilting and anything from
quilted bags to wall hangings or quilts can be accommodated.
