Amazing customer service! I was patiently waiting and watching my tracking# to be shipped to the US and it never left the UK. I e-mailed Rox and she started looking into it and she didn't get a response back from the Royal Mail, so she mailed me out a new order! Just amazing. I can't wait to get my kits.
