FINISHED SIZE

 

The finished stitched design measures approximately 6 × 8 inches.

 

The pattern is formatted for printing on A4 paper. Print the template pages at 100% or “Actual Size” and use the included 1-inch test square to check the scale.

 

YOU WILL NEED

 

• Calico or firm cotton measuring approximately 8 × 10 inches

• Assorted batik or cotton fabric scraps

• Cotton perlé size 8 or embroidery threads

• A size 22 or 24 chenille needle, or another suitable sharp needle

• Scissors

• Pins or tacking thread

• A small amount of fabric glue, if preferred

• An 8 × 10 inch frame with a 6 × 8 inch aperture, if you wish to frame your finished piece
