Whispers of the Wind is a vibrant 4" mini hoop design featuring a delicate dandelion clock drifting on the breeze, set against a beautiful pink and turquoise batik background. Tiny stitched flowers and grasses fill the foreground, while individual dandelion seeds float away across the sky.

The beauty of this little kit is in the stitching. The gorgeous batik fabric creates all that wonderful colour and movement in the background, leaving you free to simply stitch and watch the picture gradually come to life.

There is no appliqué or complicated construction – just simple, enjoyable hand stitching, making this a lovely project for beginners as well as more experienced stitchers looking for something relaxing to make.

- Calico

- Cotton perlé threads

- Needle

- Felt for finishing the back of your hoop

- Full instruction booklet with stitch guidance

Everything you need is included, so you can open your kit and get stitching.

As always with Hannah's Room designs, there are no rules. Follow my finished piece as closely as you like, or use it as a starting point and make yours a little different. Add another grass, move a floating seed or change a stitch – the joy is in making it your own.
